Question about Kenmore 47783 Electric Single Oven
I hope by now it is working. You have probably knocked a wire off or actually have broken the burner itself. Can you check it for continuity.It may not appear to be broken but the coil on the inside may be depending on how hard the board hit the element.

I see that your Frigidaire range blew the breaker to your home out and now the oven will not heat up properly. There is not information provided in order to test the control panel I would recommend having a professional technician for proper diagnosis and repair. The technician will be able to use appropriate tools in order to verify the control panel is working properly. -Matt

Hello Bill Robbins - From what you are describing it sounds like a wiring failure or a communication break failure between the power board and UIB has occurred. Error code F5, typically indicates that the EOC will need replacing. A certified technician will need to test the wiring harness between the ESC, UIB and EOC.
