Can you first locate your model number? If I am unable to help you then someone will use the model number and be able to look your model up and refer you to diagrams and advice. There are thousands of refrigerators and millions of different wiring diagrams. I am here almost daily to help out people with appliance problems but when I see a refrigerator with no model number listed I just have no way to recall the needed information to assist people. Just finished fixing mine. Found a broken wire at one of the high temp limits. Found tech service manual at Splendide,.com/service/TECHMANXC. It's a pdf file that will walk you through any repair.

The belt appears to be behind the drum, not around the center of the drum as is the case with most domestic units.

thats a rather clever machine ..it uses cold water to condense the steam created in the drying process .. so there is no "wet" air exhausted into the room (no external vent needed) .. alas it does not have a "water" heater built in .. just an air heater for drying .. so you would have to use a detergent designed for cold water in your case ... make sure you clean the drain filter often in that model ..
