Question about RCA F36650 36" TV
When I turn it on I do not get a picture, but I do get a high pitch whistling sound.
Is this a problem that can be repaired? Or is the set shot?
It can be repaired. It sounds like a bad high voltage transformer or something in that circuit. I would take it to a TV shop and ask for an estimate. It might be costly to repair.
