1.if ur wap is not working then make it sure that ur wap service is activated and configuration settings are configured properly. the select ur network on manual and reinsert sim. but to confirm abt config. settings and service activated or not, u need to call on ur service provider's helpline.

1.confirm ur wap services are activated properly and settings are configured properly, comfirm this from ur ISP.
2. Select ur network on manual mode , reinsert sim.
3. Try in diffrent area.
4. Try in diffrent handset.
5. 8 times zero is a code to format ur handset but it will delete all the data present on ur phone and memory card, better keep backup of ur data.
