I think it a fuser error code. Try clearing it:
Push the 'clear' button and then the 'auto' button then the 'clear' button and then the 'auto' button again.This should be done as quickly as you can and the console will go blank.
Next,select 14,which is the low temp clearing code, and then push 'start' and then turn the machine off and back on again.

If the error still occurs call Sharp or qualified technician to resolve your fuser issue, but it is probably cheaper to just get a new copier. j

E7-11 is white level calibration error. This code was intended to identify a dirty white level reference (located under the left edge of the copyboard glass). Try to replace it as well as the bulb.

press the following keys in order program interrupt clear interrupt
the disply should flip to service mode
type in 14 press the start copy key
touch the execute on the screen
press the clear all key
my guess is it will come back and you will need a service call

Performing a Fault Reset 14 will reset your WorkCentre and will help to clear error codes.

1. Find the pink Clear button on the Control Panel of the WorkCentre.
2. Find the button below the word Auto.
3. Press these buttons in the following sequence: [Clear], [Auto], [Clear], [Auto] NOTE: All of the lights on the Control Panel should go out andthe LED Display should go blank. If the lights do not go out, thenrepeat step 3 until they do. It may be necessary to increase ordecrease the pace of the [Clear], [Auto], [Clear], [Auto] sequence.
   
4. Press the [10's] key one time and the [1's] key four times to enter '14' in the LED Display, as if you were to make 14 copies.
5. Press the green [Start] button.
6. Press the pink [Clear] button two times.
7. The WorkCentre should now warm up and come to ready.
8. If the above steps do not clear the error code, repeat steps 3 to 6 a second time.

Clearing a trouble code on a AR-M160 is a little different than the AR160.

Try "#" "interrupt" "clear" "interupt" "1" "4" "start key"

This should clear the error. Even if you replace the fusion unit you will need this code to clear the error

This code means you have had to many paper jams in the fuser without removal or sensor is bad. Make sure all is clear in the fuser and exit sections.

Then on the control panel you will press a series of buttonsas follows.

Press the P, Press interrupt, Press clear, Press interrupt, Enter # 14, Press start, Press execute to reset, Press clear all or cycle on/off.

WHEN THE SHARP AR-5316 PHOTOCOPIER IS SWITCHED ON THE ERROR CODE 4H APPEARSAND THE MACHINE CANNOT BE OPERATED. IHAVE TRIED THE SOLUTION SUGGESTED JUNE THIS YEAR BUT IT DID NOT WORK. WHAT CAN I DO TO GET THE MACHINE TO WORK? IT IS VERY URGENT.
