NO SOUND GOOD PICTURE TV IS ONLY 5 MONTHS OLD

Need the model number of the set and also if any lights on the TV come on or blink when the picture goes out or not.

Sounds like it's on the wrong input, maybe it's analog tuner. Have you tried changing it's input?

Blue screen means either no signal (if unit has rear connections hook a DVD etc to one and go to that input and see if it works) Or the blue may mean set is in shutdown----5 months old and it should still have a warranty?

I'm having this issue too. Any help is appreciated.

If the set is a few months old, it should still be under guarantee. Return to seller for repairs. You will need proof of purchase and purchase date. Good Luck, JUS004

i have sony 24"tv they have no picture but having sound.what do you think this problem

if you are hearing a click and electrical statics when you try to turn it ON, the flyback of the tv is busted there are alot of reasons for that problem lighting is one so dont leave the cable screwed in if ever youre going out for a long time. you can have it replaced by a technician ( flyback). but it would cost you. and im not sure if you can find an orginal flyback considering its 10years old. there are replacement flybacks but quality would not be as good as the original one.

plug it out to reset itself and if that does not work,you will have to call a tech as the tv has a problem in its power supply an its related circuit good luck.
