Samsung BlackJack II - after service has been deactivated

My phone was stolen. I have deactivated service. Can the thief read my text messages or read any of my information on my phone once it is deactivated?

Won't send text messages

hi there,
call the customer service of your service provider ( AT&T,Vodafone,Verizon etc)....they will set up message center number on your phone , the one that you have might be incorrect...your mobile operator will send you sim updates that will refresh the settings ....and then you will get the text message options

Send a text to the phone. Read it and see if it change the "2 new texts" message.

Can't send or receive MMS messages

I work in TSD for ATT , and from multiple cases like this , customer do not know that ATT requires that all PDA phones do require a PDA data package , without this you will not be allowed to send or receive MMS messages.

HAVING TROUBLE SENDING TEXT MESSAGES WITH SAMSUNG BLACKJACK II

Pick up your phone.

Select "settings" under Messaging, Text or whatever applies to your phone.

Look for Service Centre and check if there is a number there.

Call your Telecom provider to ask for the correct number which should be in there.

They will provide the right numbers to insert. Just type it in the "Service Centre" slot
And selct the number to activate.

After that try again to send the Text Message it will go.
