Have you checked *********** board drivers installed properly, if not download from concerned manufacture's site and update system. USB and Lan card need drivers to function. To check go system properties of my computer under hardware look for device manager and you can see any yellow questions mark which indicates drivers are required. Kindly give all details of systen

you will need to open up your network connections click start control panel network connections this may vary depending on your operating system look for local area connection if you see a red x or a yellow exclamation or question mark you will need to update or install the driver or it could be firewalled
If you are trying to connect through a modem/router the driver should have come with a disc provided by your ISP internet service provider or your motherboard disc

Hi the ethernet controller is not working, can't connect to the internet net got this prompt when I try reinstall the lan driver "The Realtek Network controller was not found..If Deep Sleep mode...

Cant connect to the enternet.asus sabertooth motherboard.i show an orange light at mobo conection


sounds like you need the lan driver go here and look up your motherboard and download the drivers. http://support.asus.com/download/download.aspx?SLanguage=en-us If this doesn't work you may need a new lan card.

The computer has an ethernet adapter builtin, in the control panel disable the ethernet connection Device=NVIDIA nForce 10/100 Mbps Ethernet and then make sure the drivers for the usb cable modem are installed.
