Question about Fisher and Paykel GC913 - Stainless Steel Gas Cooktop
I'm having problems with the 2 smaller burners extinguishing by the safety cut out once lit. The only way to overcome this is by holding down the knob for 2-5 minutes to force the burner to stay on. After this amount of time the burners will stay on. Any idea why this is happening??
These have flame failure technology so the gas will cut out if there is no flame. The thermocouples do this by keeping the gas valve open once they have heated up. This should only take 5-10secs though so any longer is probably an issue with the thermocouple
