I was watching a video on my zune and went to watch it again and it froze so i left it alone for like 7 to 8 hours and when i came back to it it was off. when i tried to turn it on it just stays at the black screen like its off and its an 80gb and ive only had it for like a month or 2 help me before it drives me crazy

I have the same problem.

when i try to play a music it froze then i left it alone and try charge and turn it off and try to turn it back on and the screen is still black please before it drives me crazy...

Charge the Zune using your computer (if you have one) and then when it turns on, then you got it fixed. If it is charged but won't do anything, then press the back button and up on the control panel.

Try unlocking it. You'll find it on the top.

my zune is frozen. how it happened was i add some more songs on it, i was finish and i unplugged it. i wanted to listen to a song but its frozen
