Question about OKI C5400 Laser Printer
There is probably a very obvious solution to this problem, but I fail to see it and don't have the time to keep looking or looking through past reported problems.
Basically, I have a new black image drunk for an OKI C5400 printer. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to replace this. I can see where all the toners, etc go, I can even see where the other image drums are. But I cannot figure out how to get to them.
Urgent assistance would be greatly appreciated.
To replace the drum - leave the toner in place and pull it upwards. This will remove the drum and toner together. Now release the toner from the drum. Fit the new drum - don't forget to remove the orange packing bar and replace the toner. Easy when you know how.
