Hi, This is what I found for you: Error code 50 Error 50 indicates the unit has locked out after 4 ignition attempts error 46. This error can be reset by using the reset button to restart the heater, but the unit will probably lockout again if the condition has not been rectified. Check List: ? Refer checklist for error 46. Error code 46 & 55 Error 46 indicates that the unit has failed to light within the specified time. Checklist: ? Check the gas supply is turned ON at the meter, and the appliance gas ****. ? Check if other gas appliances are operating such as Gas Cooker and Hot Water Service. ? Check the gas cylinders have gas, and the cylinder valve is open (LPG only). ? Check that there is gas supply to your home. Contact your gas provider to confirm this. There may be works in your area or a problem with the supply. ? The unit may require a general service.
