The tv channels dosent work with the control or manually the message from the tv screen says that atsc moduel is booting and i liked to know if you can send me moduel or where i can get it am waiting for your response

We have identified a common problems with theses sets manufactured
by, SVA, Gateway, Viewsonic, Sampo and a few other brands. They all have
a Samsung power supply board (LJ44-00025A), which has cause these
units to lose power. There is a easy fix, replace the power board. But
you ask why should we? That's the right question. If these boards all
have the ability to fail with various parts and within various
displays.This has to be a defective part. As of now, there is no recall
on this part. Therefore, we are generating a list of customers, who own
these displays and are requesting a refund for previously purchased
parts or a replacement part at no cost to the customer. We are in the preliminary stages, so please be patient with our efforts.
