Question about SanDisk Sansa Clip MP3 Player

help me please

When i try to get onto my mp3 player 2gb ... it says that i dont have enough space for the db and that i need to free the 4mb and i did that but it still says the same thing? :)

Reformat the player in Windows Media Player - reconnect it to computer, open Windows Media Player, bring the drop down menu up underneath the Sync tab - click on the Player name, and then format.

When connected to your computer, go to your My Computer folder, and right click on your Mp3 player. You should see "Format Device". This wipes the entire thing. All music will be gone, but it might reset it.

so your mp3 player is full of songs. you dont have enough free space to run the mp3 player or put anymore songs on it. so delete a few.

You need to format the device:
Format
This will format your Sansa c200 player’s internal memory
1) Select Settings from the Main Menu.
2) Select Format
3) Select Yes to format the internal memory or No to cancel.

try formatting your device then try to put mp3 files on it. check if it works. on your my computer right click you mp3 device ( it is usually a removable storage) then select format.

hmm weird problem, same error code youre having.

Why dont you try to reformat your player using PC. That may loose your current songs but i think that is the only thing you have to do.

Take cautions when connecting and unplugging to the PC that may cause errors and data corruptions.

we had that problem and sandisk had us use a file when we plugged it in to our computer to reformat it but I don't remember how exactly how to do it, seems like we connected it and chose a file -sorry

Hi I am not an expert by any means, but when I had issues with my M250, I went to the Sansa site and downloaded the latest firmware onto the M250 and my problems disappeared. Good luck
