You need new Convergence ICs which is a fairly simple repair. Post your model number and I will post the STK numbers of the ICs you need as well as a link where you can get replacements that come with free installation instructions with pictures so you can do the repair yourself.

First thing to try is a convergence. This may have to be done manually. Convergence is aligning the color guns so they lay on top of each other perfectly. You may have an auto converge but you will have to check in your set up menu.

you can get the KP46WT510 convergence repair kit which will usually repair that issue at the following link the repair kit contains both ICs six pico fuses and 4 of the feed resistors also includes instructions with pictures on how to do the repair.
