Question about Apple iPod nano
My i PoD Nano [third generation} was recently purchased from Apple and is a refurbished unit. It had been working fine even though the volume was too low but now its stuck in the above described playing mode . I can't get it recognized by iTunes in order to get it to restore. I will take it to the local Apple Store in a couple of days but until then I'd like some advice as what I might try to correct this mess. Also when I disconnect from my pc nothing happens and the stuck mode is still on. Do apple nano's crash?
thanks , swalerroe7
