Question about Motorola Mobility H700 Headset

2 Answers

Connection issues I cannot connect my Bt200 to my nokia 6230 phone. They previously worked fine, but now they will not recognize each other. I can connect the BT200 to another phone, and I can connect the Nokia 6230 to other headsets, but not each other. Any advice is greatly appreicated.

To pair the Motorola, turn off the headset first then hold the Call button until the LED ring turns purple, quickly open the boom so that the LED stays solid purple, the headset is now in pairing mode. Use your mobile phone to discover and pair with the headset using “0000” as the default pass code.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I have 2 users who drive BMW's and the phone keeps loosing its bluetooth connection. Previous Nokia phone was fine so I don't think it is a car problem

I had the some problem. After pairing with my BMW X1 bussines radio the connection lost after appr. 1Minute. Then the phone tried to re-connect but failed and the bluetooth connection don't respond anymore also if i switched off the radio. Only a restart of the phone could solve the freezing and then the same story happens again.
The problem was solved after I cleaned up my phone book. Cleaning means, no double items, each item with maximal 4 numbers, not more than 100 names, each item on the SIM card. One of that had finally solved the problem. Now it works very fine!

I need the puk code for my nokia 6230

puk code is provided by your service provider itself, call your service provider means the one who provides you the mobile phone connection.
the following details are essential for the same

1) which mobile phone number the sim was carrying which was last put in your mobile phone , which caused the puk code.

2) security details of the person on whose name the sim card is issued , like the name, address, birth date etc

3) mostly if u have been provided with a MIN number at the start when taking your mobile phone services, you could navigate through their IVRS to the spcific slot and put down your mobile number and the puk unlock code will be provided to you.

4) Call up the help line number of your respective service provider and they should help you out as the PUK code is service provider specific.nothing to do with the manufacturer of the mobile phone, but it is specific to the SIM card.
