Question about Apple iPod nano 3rd Generation
Im scared to reset my ipod because this has happend before. it freezes and i have to take it back to the store.
Perform a reset by holding down the center button and the PLAY/PAUSE buttons for 10 seconds.
Connect the iPod to your computer and open iTunes.
Revert the iPod firmware to factory settings.
Disconnect and allow the reversion process to complete.
Re-connect to your PC and open iTunes.
Load some MP3s and AAC files on the player.
Eject and disconnect.
Try using the iPod normally and see if it behaves. If all is well, you can try to update to the latest firmware and see if the behavior remains improved.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
