That is one side with the fans,
Secondly, if the fans are found right, then for sure you need to change the DC Controller.

Error code e220 for canon gp 405

That is a scan lamp error on all Canons that I know of. Check continuity on the lamp. Then check the in line fuse. It could also have a shorted scan cable.

Hi,
The communication between the printer
board and the copier is faulty.

Try to:
Reconnect all conectors, or replace printer pcb or dc controller
