I have a Logitech Qucikcam E 3500. I have windows 7, 32-bit OS on my laptop. Whenever i connect my cam to my laptop I receive the message that the usb not recognized.
Can anyone help?
You need to have the LWS 1.1 driver loaded. You can get it directly from the Logitech web site on this link. After loading it reboot your computer, plug in the 3500, and then try the free webcam test site to verify it is working properly.

Win7 32 or 64 bit? If 64 bit, maybe not supported. Fyi, WIn7 64 not support for many previous software and hardware. Need to check the device support or not for Win 7 that you use.
Hello place batteries in mouse. connect The Transmitter/reciever to the pc ( probably USB) and then press the sync button under the sender if there is one, and then press the sync button under the mouse. windows should recognize it. To get the driver search for your model on the manufacturer's website and download the driver ....install driver and plug mouse in.
If this does not work let me now what OS ( operating system ) you are running. and what you are plugging the mouse into.
It looks like a wireless keyboard and mouse. My Logitech keyboard and mouse have a USB 2.0 receiver, which plugs into any USB 2.0 port. Some have small USBreceivers that look like memory sticks. It might be mounted on the bottom of the keyboard or the mouse. My receiver is a small box with a wire that runs to the back of the computer and plugs into the USB port. The receiver has a connect button to send a signal to the mouse and keyboard. Once they are installed you can use the button to make the mouse and keyboard recognized, by the OS.
go to start>>control panel>>add and remove porgrams.
uninstall all of the Logitech software related to the optical mouse.
restart the computer, plug in the mouse usb, the windows OS should automatically detected the mouse.
Windows OS has logitech mouse driver buldin. you don't need additiona; software.

Try disconnecting the Camera from the USB port and reinstall
the software program. When the program asks you to connect the
camera to the USB port, do so and it should work.
Hope this helps. Bud
