turn on tv manually press and hold TV bitton until red led lite comes on enter 3 digit code for your device the lite will shut off , pree the on/off button to see if remote accepted the code. Panasonic tv codes are 003, 011,023,032,033,034,072,086,087,108,110113,126,127,128 & 140. I saved the Remote instructions on my laptop..... [email protected] aka the cake lady have a great day !

The solution relies with the remote. press the menu button and use the +/- buttons beside it instead of the volume or channel buttons. This TV was at a work camp in northern Alberta and the instructions were not available. Hope this helps others who do not have instructions available.

the codes for Samsung tv as listed in this manual are 004, 005, 009, 015, 104, 105, 106, 109, 172

OK Listen Up! `=] I found the solution to everyone's problem.

Got to this website and click on the brand name of your universal remote (Philips, RCA, whatever).

Next, download the corresponding file with all of the remote codes. This will be a great help. It comes with all of the universal codes for most TV sets, and also instructions on how to setup and install the remote code.

But, remember....you must be patient. The PDF file is very huge so the remote code is not going to jump out at you and shout "HERE I AM!". You have to READ and look for it.

The way I found my universal code was by pressing the channel up button (over 300 times, literally) until the channel on the tv changed. That is what the instructions told me to do, and that's what I did. So, when all else fails, just FOLLOW DIRECTIONS! I know it may be long and painful, but trust me it was worth it! I got my remote control to finally work!

Have a solution for you.Turn your TV on then Press and hold 'P' on remote until light stays on. Press device to be controlled (TV/Cable) light will flicker but stay on. Now keep pressing channel up (up to 300 times) until device changes channel. Then press Enter to save code. Hope this helps

I also received the RMC10 and I am having programing probs.
Instructions say to turn on the device manually
hold code key down until steady
select tv (or other device)
light will begin to blink (it is trying to find the device code)
when your device turns off you should push enter to save the code.
I am afraid that I have an off brand tv.
