Alignment of print with Labels

I use the label printer with the regular labels for this machine. I cannot get the printer to remain within the label margins. Any suggestions?

Avery labels may be blocked on your computer so check your security settings. Other wise you may need to refresh the page, your computer or the printer. If that doesn't help you may need to double check your ink cartridges are full and correctly placed, also that the wires connecting the printer to your computer are all in properly.

Own three CP3525dn's (purchased new). Two have recently begun jamming [fuser wrap] when printing labels. If it doesn't jam then the paper usually "dog ears" coming out. New fuser did not...

Over time, printing labels builds up a light residue of the adhesive (due to heat pressing) used on the labels in the paper path. A thorough cleaning of all paper path parts with alcohol prep pads, or Glass Plus and quality paper towels, will reduce this gum build up.

You should regularly print standard paper jobs on a laser printer that will be printing labels. Rule of thumb is 4:1 - four sheets of regular paper print for each sheet of labels printed. This helps keep the adhesive cleaned out of the paper path.

Patience and a lot of scrubbing should do the trick, though you may have to install a printer maintenance kit early given the issues noted. Printing labels cuts maintenance kit duration in half, at a minimum.

I have Samsung CLP/610 laser printer and need to

"MP tray" refers to the manual paper tray. This is the common setting for most word processors whenever printing media other than paper. This message will come not only for labels, but for transparencies, card stock, envelopes, etc. The reason for this is that the manual paper tray is designed to provide a straighter paper path that helps preventing your labels from peeling inside the unit. Therefore, I do not recommend placing them in the regular paper tray. Take note that you should also check that the labels purchased specify they are meant for laser printer or copier. Regular labels, or labels designed for inkjet printers will surely come off inside your printer and cause damage that the warranty will not cover.

Be blessed.

You need to take the labels out.

If you are using the labels that have perforations is where you can tear them off.

What you need to do is to

1) Switch off printer
2) ensure that the ribbon is loaded correctly
3) take some labels, feed them through the mechanism till you can see them coming out from the other end.
4) Make sure that the labels are lined up with the alignment mark or sometimes with label printers there is a light.
5)switch on printer and do a test print
