Question about Brother DCP-110C All-In-One InkJet Printer
I have the Brother DCP-110C multifunction center and it says the black in is low, I have read the book and followed the advice about hitting the ink button, but it wont let me say the black ink IS brand new and full, it is constantly reminding me the black ink is running low, but I know its a brand new cartridge. How do I get the machine to acknowledge that there is ink in there?
Jake, had the same prob...this is what I did as per some advise i read online and it worked for a bit b4 i end up in another prob...disconnect the power cord for bout 30 seconds then once u restart it, remove all the ink cartridges and then replace them. after that, it should work.
