Program works randomly, will download some videos to computer, wont download others. It's all automatic; I never get the option to pick which pictures/videos I wish to transfer. Every picture on my camera gets transfered, but I am lucky if I get one of my videos. Frustrating!!

Consider NOT connecting your camera to your computer.
The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.
Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program, such as Picasa ( http://picasa.google.com ).

Hello. I have the same problem with my Kodak EasyShare C653 on my 40GB PS3. I am sorry to announce it is not compatible with the PS3.
If you have a different version of the PS3 (unlike my 40GB), you may be able to use your SD card on your PS3.
If this doesn't work, download the pictures onto a computer. Transfer the pictures or video to a flash drive (USB key), and upload to your PS3.
Did you try installing this software. It should help you transfer videos to your computer. http://www.download.com/Kodak-Easyshare-Software/3000-12511_4-10549861.html Rate positively if you need more help.
