HP Deskjet F380 - can't install OCR (Windows Vista)

Upgraded to Windows Vista and now can't seem to install OCR for editing scanned documents. Inserted original CD but the option for custom install is not there. Help!

Ok thanks, I did that and ended up back where I started on the original CD install. First page options are:
Install more software
Uninstall
Help
Add a device
I select Install more software and get only 2 options:
Install recommended, OR
Back
I select "install recommended" and it tells me:
This software has already been installed on your computer. Choose one of the following.
Uninstall
Add a device
No options for installing OCR in "custom install"
Install more software
Uninstall
Help
