Question about Samsung SGH-D500 Cellular Phone
I have just purchased a new phone and I am trying to remove all data from my old phone (a samsung d500) however they are stored in my Media Album as images, Downloaded images and whilst I have transferred them ok to my new phone I cannot delete them off the old phone. I have tried the delete all function but the photos remain... please help as a friend would like my old phone but I don't want to pass it on with pictures of my children stuck on it.
You can delete the items but 1 at a time if you cant then take the phone to a mobile shop and ask them if they can do this for you also try putting a sim card in as this sometimes helps

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
