The game could be NOT for your system.
If your system is for examble: Windows_XP 533 mhz 35 MB RAM
The GAME: Win_xp 1.2 Ghz 500 MB RAM or a different o/s [operating system] lets say Playstation, or XBOX ??
Look on the side of the box to see what the games call for>

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Yahoo is a browser, load Thunderbird or Googlemail instead. I use Firefox, it is very reliable and more secure than others.

You may need more RAM to run the games. Check what you have vs what is needed. Also, make sure your cooling fans and vents are clean to prevent overheating during game play. Games put a heavy load on computers and cause high heat.

Depends on the game creator's EULA. Usually you will be fine. If it is a locally run game you may need to copy your saved game files over.

Possibly, the lens is the Crystal ball looking thing in the DVD drawer, if it looks out of place, or has dirt on it, it can be adjusted Carefully.

Otherwise, it is better to replace it.

I suggest you contact/email the games supplier and explain the problem or take it back to the shop where you bought it and tell them your problem.

Unfortunately you have a notebook not a gaming PC so there isn't much you can do. Go into bios and if it will let you increase the shared video memory. When loading the game go into it's settings and turn all the extra video features off. Intel tend not to make the best gaming video chips and I don't know of any laptops that are upgradeable.
Your laptop should be fine for all applications and multimedia except games. I prefer to game on a ATX size PC so i can upgrade and change things, but would recommend you get PS3 or xbox if the notebook doesn't kick it for you.

Brand new computor freezes

It basically means that your game is incompatible (cannot play on ur OS).

All you have to do is:

Go to Safe Mode, To do this, you need to boot up and press f8 until you see the advanced options, go to Safe Mode. Login with the correct details, and go to control panel. Uninstall the game and restart your PC to take effects.

The next time your buying a software for your PC, check to see if it's compatible with your OS.
