Shredder quit working

i was shredding 1 - 2 sheets of paper when it quit working, and there are no lights lit . drawer is closed, i have power to the wall socket it is plugged into . the power switch, in the back of the unit is on, but the unit has no electrical power is there a circuit breaker in / on the shredder ?
