That's the screen that's gone kaput/bad.Need a new screen or a new mobile...rather coz screen for some mobiles are quite expensive.
That's one problem that you cannot repair.
Try changing the keystone. Also you may have the projector too far away from the screen. Changing the resolution on your laptop will not solve that particular problem.
