You first have to find out what kind of Chipset you are using. To update the bios, the PC information is not relevant: Relevant is to know the Motherboard/Chipset/Mainboard Manufacturer/Vendor.
you can find information abour your Chipset in your BIOS. Your chipset will be INTEL but the question is now: What is the the Intel Chipset Model ? You can look on the motherboard on the chips itself or on the S/N sticker that tells you the complete Chipset model number/ serial number. If you have the numbers, please state them here so that I can find a link where you can download the bios upgrade
