I gathered more info on E7-00. The exact code meaning is : no comm to hard disk . The problem with e7-00 should is on disk side, remove the plate, as in picture I have posted, and check cables to disk, as in picture.

If is is not the cable then you need to pull out the hard disk and test on a computer, or have it tested, If the disk is gone, you will need to replage the hard disk. it should be a 40gb Sata hdd. It is not an expensive replacement, and is also easy to find, the problem is that after this you need to reinstall software on disk inside machine.
You will probably need an image disk. I do not think there is a download available, and Sharp distributes it only to authorized services.

Sharp ARM207 E7-11 erorr code. What does it mean?

E7-11 Shading trouble (white correction) I beleive it is the white metal plate of the glass.
most copiers now have a white plate that it uses as reference;
take off the copy glass and clean the white plate ( with machine off) and put back.

Alternating 4 - h on a sharp al-1540cs copier

To perform the reset for the H4 do the following:
Find the Clear button on the Control Panel.
Find the Auto button.
Press these buttons in the following sequence: [Clear], [Auto], [Clear], [Auto]

NOTE: All of the lights on the Control Panel should go out and the LED Display should go blank. If the lights do not go out, then repeat step 3 until they do. It may be necessary to increase or decrease the pace of the [Clear], [Auto], [Clear], [Auto] sequence.
Then,
Press the [10's] key one time and the [1's] key four times to enter so the number '14' is in the LED Display, as if you were to make 14 copies.
Press the green [Start] button.
Press the [Clear] button two times.
The machine should now warm up and come to ready.
If the above steps do not clear the error code You may need to have a tech look at this.
Hope that helps...

We have a Sharp AL-1661CS Copier. It is coming up with an H4-00 error message that will not clear. We even tried unplugging. Got any clues?
