Possibly the mainboard is faulty or possibly the power board but since you get a power led .. Id suspect the mainboard.

Oh this is a old style tv? Id have it checked but the repairs might cost alot.

wait.. you posted it under a difrent name and type. but its still a lcd.. So yes

    Mainboard or powerboard / inverter.

is the problem you can check for bad capasitors yourself. if they are bulky or something has come out from them then they would need to be replaced, might be better to replace the whole board or boards, the screen is most likely Ok!

32" bush led tv takes so long to turn on from standby. Any solutions before I throw it at the wall lol

Fault to the main power supply regulator section. Either it will be a separate board, or the part of main board. Check and replace damaged component/s at its main power regulator [SMPS] section circuit. Contact any service technician. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Pull up older posts.

It will be best to replace the power supply regulator board as card basis rather than making "Surgery" to it; which usually will make loss for both money and time. Even though you can make it right, it will cost around an amount equal to the cost of a new board; including the cost of (spare parts + service charge) More to say, most of the spare parts to it will be difficult to get from open electronic spare part market. This is true to most of the flat panel TV power supply boards; irrespective of its brand and screen size.

My led power indicator flashes seven times, when i cut the tv on it cuts back off. How do i fix this problem?

  • Seven blinks - High voltage shutdown. The high voltage has exceeded 33k and the unit goes immediately into safety shutdown. Check power supply regulation and horizontal circuits.
Hope that helps.

The power comes on and then turns off and the front green power light blinks.

There is a small IC in the power supply section,
not the IC regulator that's the problem.

Bush LCD 2 will not switch on at all, no light at all.

If the TV has no power at all, not even the led light on, and does not respond to remote or button, then the most common is a faulty power board inside the tv.

The TV is on protect mode.

Try first leaving the TV power cord unplugged for some times, let say one hour or so.

Also ensure that the fault is not coming from a faulty receiver box sending bad signal, check if you get same problem with no receiver box or dvd connected.

If that does not work, and you keep having a flashing led on front of the TV, and tv turning off by itself after a while, that indicates a fault condition.

The flashing light indicates a diagnostic state called protection.
When the TV goes on protection there are only two possible reasons.

1The internal circuits are jammed because of electrostatic charges accumulating on capacitors, or because of a wrong voltage read by the main chip on your monitor controller board. this started the protection circuit.

2 The protection circuit detected a wrong voltage or abroken contact, identified an internal fault and kicked in , startingthe flashing light.

If you are in situation one, then theTV will reset just unplugging power cord for one or two hours, sometimes even minutes.

If you are in situation 2 , then there is an internal fault.

Common faults that can occur are a blown capacitor on power board, a convergence IC has blown, or a fault on Digital board.

Check also the video cable or any external connection cable, if the cable is shorting, or the connector is bad, you can get same flashing state because of the video cable.

If under warranty contact the manufacturer ringing the number on the user manual

If you want to repair at your own expenses, just locate any good qualified repairer.

BUSH 32'' LCD AT FAULT

Most of the time, this is from a failed power supply board, and or a short on one of the other boards. Without board swapping this is a difficult thing to troubleshoot.
