I RETURNED AN ORDER TO KMART.COM TWO WEEKS AGO AND STILL NO REFUND ON MY DEBIT/MASTERCARD. I HAVE CALLED NUMEROUS TIMES AND THEY BLAH,BLAH,BLAH ME. 50.00 IS ALOT OF MONEY TO ME. I SENT THE PKG TO A RETURN DEPT ON FERRY RD. IN NAPERVILLE IL. I HAVE BEEN READING HORROR STORIES ON GOOGLE, ABOUT KMART.COM, HELP!!!!!!!!!

If you used a credit card or debit card the easiest way is get a refund by filling with your credit card company for not received items. The credit card company will pretty much handle it but you need to add any communication about the sale. If no response-I doubt you will get one back. They will reverse the charges and return your money.

The PayPal debit MasterCard is a quick and effective way to pay with PayPal, even if the merchant doesn't accept PayPal.

You can pay for any purchase with your PayPal debit card as long as the merchant accepts MasterCard debit cards, but sometimes you may run into problems when your debit card doesn't swipe correctly or is declined.

You can generally resolve any issues by logging onto your PayPal account and checking your balance or resolving any outstanding account problems.

Visit Paypal.com and sign in to your PayPal account.
Your "Transaction" page will appear.


Look at your "PayPal Balance" near the top of the page. If your balance is lower than what you're trying to purchase, PayPal will not permit the payment to go through.

Click on "Debit card" under "Account Tools" and click "Add backup now" to link your bank account with your debit card.

You can use your PayPal debit card even when your balance is zero if you select to add your bank account as backup; PayPal will take the money from your bank account.


Look for any red banners at the top of your page that begin with "Message."
Red messages are typically indicative of account issues.

You may receive a message if you requested a second debit card, if you used your debit card to buy a large purchase, used your card out of state or if someone hacked into your account; all of which may limit access to your account.

Click "Resolve now" and follow the steps to restore your account back to regular standing, which typically includes uploading a copy of your photo ID, two utility bills for proof of address and your Social Security card.

How do i stop someone ausing my debit card


Do they physically have the card? I'm assuming not but thought I would ask anyway. If they don't have it but they are still using it because it is saved on a website as a way to pay, you can set a passcode using the verified by visa system. Here is the link to their facts page.

log onto your payal account open up a dispute in resolution tab you will have to find this transaction and copy the details down (dates/item no/etc...(write them down) make a list of all transactions (prices $$)

Contact your mastercard account bank and provide them copies of all transaction details as well as contacting paypal regarding this matter

or you might have to contact paypal give them a free call 1800-073-266

Purchasing through the internet has several advantages. The main one in your case is that you paid by credit card.
If it was a Visa or Mastercard, you have specific rights, the main one is the right to a refund, not to mention the rules regarding debiting a credit card without sending the goods. Contact your card service supplier and ask for a full refund.
Hope you get your problem resolved very quickly.

Close your current account and reopen new account. After a week talk to Dazzle for refund, This is about the only way to secure your funds from a direct debit once it has been started if they are not responding to your request to stop and or refund any moneys. Sorry.

Unfortunately there is not a lot you can do but threaten them. The banks will not help on a debit card, only on credit cards. There are a ton of pages dedicated to the posting of scammers by persons ripped off.

I will only tell you what finally worked for me.

About 2 years ago, I paid postage on a sample and the following month I began receiving product, and debit card charges against my account for an amount close to $100 per month.

For over a year I called and emailes and snail mailed these people to try and stop them from sending the product and refund my money. I had never opened one of the shipments.

Finally, out of desparation, I wrote my state attorney's office, explaining what was happening. He was kind enough to return my letter, and said that he would send them a letter from his office, stating that if I did not receive immediated reimbursement, he was going to recommend that I retain an attorney and file charges against them for a number of offenses.

In less than a week, I received credits to my account, one at a time, sometimes 2 or 3 a day. I couldn'y believe it.

My latest? In December of last year I ordered a cell phone from Cellular Blowout.com, paid $148 on the debit card, and have never received a thing. I have threatened and cajoled to no avail. They simply will not communicate. Phones result in being placed on hold until I hang up.

Write your state attorney, it may help.

Ipaid for an item, which the seller withdrew, my paypal account says refunded, yet it has not bee returned to my debit card?


Hi,

It takes 5-10 working days for them to process it. The amount shows refunded because Paypal refunded the amount to the bank but that doesn't mean that the amount is updated on your Debit Card.

The ball is in Bank's court. What i have seen it would be updated within 2-3 working days but some banks would take more time to update the amount.

Note - I am taking into consideration that you have entered all the correct details in the Paypal account.
