Acer Aspire 5733 Wireless connection lost

Check the wireless router and high-speed modem.

If the two are not powered on, or if the Ethernet cable connected the two is not completely inserted into both connection ports, you are unable to access the Internet on the Acer Aspire One laptop computer.

Activate the wireless Internet connection on the laptop computer.

Right-click the wireless icon on the desktop, then choose "Enable" from the pop-up menu.

Without activating the wireless receiver on the Acer Aspire One, the laptop is unable to detect any wireless network.

Select the appropriate network you wish to connect to.

Your computer may be attempting to connect to a different Internet connection, preventing you from access the network you desire. Right-click the wireless icon, select "Search for available wireless networks," then choose the network you want to access.

Restart the computer.

The system may have booted and failed to detect the wireless receiver. Restarting the computer corrects this issue.

hope this helps

Thinkpad Lenovo - suddenly no internet

How do you connect to the internet? Are you going through a wireless router or using a usb device provided by a cellphone provider?

Maybe you need to check your settings on the broadband service since you mentioned it. You could also reinstalled the broadband application if it is not solved.

Unable to connect to my wireless internet connection on laptop

you could try updating your wireless network driver. click start and right click computer, click manage and then device manager in the computer management window. look for network adapters in the main window and click to open drop menu. find the wifi adapter, right click and click update driver software. you will need to do this via a wired connection

When i go to my access connections it not letting me click on the wifi it is permenatly on other also it shows that i am connected to a wireless connection but when i try to get online it wont connect

Sounds like it is connecting to another connection that does not have internet access. Figure out which network it is connected too and disconnect it, also set it so that it does not default to that connection. Then you should be able to go through your connection and connect to the internet. Hope this helps. Please let me know if you need further assitance.

I am unable to connect to the internet using a wireless connectio

I would first try and reset the router, then run a Repair on the connection again.

If this doesn't work, try going into the Device Manager and removing the Wireless Device. Restart the computer and reinstall the Wireless Device drivers.

The issue might be due to corrupted wireless drivers. Uninstall and reinstall the wireless drivers.

I have a acer aspire 5570Z, unable to connect online...

Open network connections and disable your wireless connection (right click) then renable it and try to connect. What program are you using to manage your wireless connection?
If you are using your manufaturers software then try using windows xp (or vice versa)

Internet connection

re-install the software that came with your wireless hardware, then go to control panel, internet options, connections, then setup an internet connection, chose wireless connection and it should display a list, chose your network then click connect. This should connect you to the internet; also try re-installing an internet service provider ie bt, aol or vigin etc. Also try in controlpanel networking and sharing then chose view computers and devices then add a wireless device.

The only other problemcould be that your hardware is not connected properly, check telephone line connection and the powering on status of your wireless device.

Go to start button, connnect to, show all, double click over LAN connection or wireless connection whatever you are using, properties, then support, please let me know if you have any IP in the first line?
Also if you are on a wireless connection, make sure your wireless NIC is NOT disabled, enable it. Let me know if you need help?
