Question about Xerox Phaser 6250DP Laser Printer
Our phaser 6250 is displaying a "RAM error" message...any chance this could be fixed without spending money?
TRY FIRST (Solutions without parts):
For a continuous RAM Error message, try cleaning RAM contacts and reseating RAM.
NOTE: Third-party or generic RAM is not covered by warranty or service contract and should be removed for troubleshooting purposes.
TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS AND HINTS:
Replace RAM. If problem is not resolved, replace the Image Processor board. Please Note:
Intermittent 6250 RAM Errors can be resolved by replacing the Print Engine Board and EEPROM, remembering to Save/ Restore in Diagnostics.
