Advantech ADAM-4520 Serial Adapter

I can't use two adam modules with a 4520, help!!

When only using 4017 with a 4520, or only using 4050 with a 4520, the module can be found through ADAM-4000 Utility. But if using 4017 and 4050 with a 4520 at the same time, neither modules can be found in ADAM-4000 Utility. How can I solve it ?
