Belt alignment for an Electrolux system pro
I would advise you to ALWAYS to FIRST UNPLUG YOUR VACUUM before beginning any service procedure.
It would depend on the particular vacuum – most all Electrolux’s have a geared belt and the belt would ride on the belt pulley and the motor shaft of which both are geared and there is a c- clip on the end holding the belt on – also check the motor to make sure that is tight and secure – if the motor moves then the belt will come off – please refer to your owners manual under trouble shooting for there suggestions as well
