Power-AC Adaptor Have input specs but not output

is a starting point this model is exceptionally bad with PSU's

astar-ltv-32hbg-2.htm">http://www.shopjimmy.com/power-supply-unit-3bs0142514gp-from-astar-ltv-32hbg-2.htm

You may have problems actually getting one as the company was not in business very long so not many people had gotten repair stocks.

apparently the 3 common parts to fail are the switch, primary & secondary input smoothing caps. and the input chip on the PSU

You may well be able to get it repaired at a decent tv repair shop.

Sorry I could not be of more help

Get a usb cable... look at the back of the scanner so you know what the connector looks like... download software from www.acer-group.com then go under United States then Product support then go under Acer Tech Support. Plugs for Astra Scanner 1220U

Ran across your request for information about the cables needed for hooking up the Umax Astra 1220U scanner. The scanner require a standard older version USB cable that hooks the scanner to your PC. The second cable is the Power Supply Adapter cable. The information listed on the Power Supply Adapter is listed below. P/N 490081-03 Input 120 Volt @ 60 Hz 0.3 amps Output DC 12 Volts @ 1 Amp Model # RWP481212 You should be able to get the scanner to work as long as you can find any power supply that has the listed Input/Output ratings, an adapter that will plug into the scanner. Hope this help you. disaksen

My amp turn on but for some reason it dosent push out any power to the sub

Make sure there is not an input level control and that you have the right RCA connectors from the head unit connected. If you do see an input control first see from the head unit specs on what the max. output is comming out from the head units VIA the RCA Plugs. then see from the amp specs what the max. input should be inputted to the amp . If the output from the head unit is higher then the allowed input from the amp, your going to blow up the amp the first time you crank it. I have seen this happen many times. if you do not know how to balace the input of the amp please read the instructions on the amp or seek a professionals assistance.
