Generic problem for all Tablet PCs

Sound of my computer (by 2 users)

there was this virus in our computer and all the files infected with this virus, we tried to delete it.But unfortunately, the sound of our computer suddenly gone.can you please tell us what the problem and how can we fix it?thank you so much.Rose Ann of Philippines.

our computer had files we had to delete and when we did so we lost all sound on our computer can you help fix it........?

dear ngot.
you have to reinstall the sound drivers from your motherboard cd
