Hello there EXPERTS!
I really need some help with my Scanner...
it's a CanoScan LiDE 20... i've been using it for what's like 2 years or something then lately I noticed that it had stopped from being acknowledged by the Computer once you've opened it... and to make the story short, I CAN'T USE IT ANYMORE....
i've tried uninstalling then reinstalling but to no availl.. i've read some tips you've posted and even got the RegCure but i can't totally have my computer fixed coz i can't afford to buy the registration code.....
Anywayz.... please do help me.. here's the device status in the troubleshoot tab..
Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)
Click Troubleshoot to start the troubleshooter for this device.
In my case, the problem was resolved by adding ";C:\WINNT\twain_32\CNQL20" to the PATH environment variable. See
for more information. It is for LiDE 30, but it would be same (just change "30" to "20"). Good luck!
