Question about Kyocera Mita FS 9500DN Laser Printer
We use a km9500 to print Health Insurance Claim forms on preprinted forms. The first one to print appears to be alligned correctly, but each form after that appears to be printing outside of the boxes a little more each time.
a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

please make sure that the printer properties and printing preferences (right click the printer in the printer(&faxes) folder the paper sizes are set to match the printer,
then make sure that the documents you are printing are the same size.
on the kyocera printers you can also set a setting to override A4/LT
press: MENU, SCROLL DOWN, PAPER HANDLING > SCROLL DOWN, OVER RIDE A4/LT > ON, ENTER.
hope this helps.

Go into your printer software before printing, tell the software what you are printing on letter, 4x6 labels etc.... then print
