This is a guess because I only have 4 7625's in my customer base, but in an idle 7630/33/36 phone, you can press the Navigator up or down button and the ringer volume will raise or lower. In the display phones, you actually can press it down 5 times and the ringer will turn off.
Here some solutions for your problem + a link to the user manual.
**Selecting the Ring Tone and Volume Your phone has five different ringer tone/volume combinations you can choose from. To select the ringer: 1) With the phone in standby, press [vol/ / ] or [vol/ / ]. 2) The phone will sound the different ring tones at different volumes. To turn the ringer off, select RINGER OFF. 3) When the phone sounds the ring tone and volume you wish to use, press [end].
**Temporarily Mute Ringer If the handset is off the base while an incoming call is ringing, simply press [end] to mute the incoming ring. The ringer will sound with the next incoming call. Note: You can only mute the handset ringer if the handset is off the base when the phone starts ringing. Adjusting the Earpiece.

On the Presidian DECT 6.0, there is a screen near the top, with a ring centered beneath. If you press on the top or bottom of the ring, you will make the phone ringer louder or quieter. The display will also show you a volume bar as you make this selection. When you are done, press the button in the center of the ring.
Does your handset have a PROG button? Press that, then press the VOL+ button until you come to RINGER VOL: OFF. Press SELECT button, then use the ^ (VOL+) key until you get the desired volume level. Press SELECT again, then OFF. You're good to go.
First way is a “User rated” method. That is: To turn off the ringer for that phone. Note that you will also have no ringing for internal calls as well.
[Shift key] until the RING displays above the [S2] key, press it and use the jog dial to turn off the ringer. Do the reverse to turn it on again.
Some users will turn on [Auto Answer] so they can still receive internal calls.
The 2nd way is in “Installer Programming” and will require a certified dealer/technician turn off ringing to that phone on that (or any) line/s.
