refer to the manual that came with the safe it will have a master code included or instructions on how to reset the unlock code or you can contact a lock smith or the manufacturer and they will be able to assist
Wow , I have the same safe thats been locked for more than a year.
I locked the keys in the safe and forgot the code.
I took the thing out side and droped it on its corner and whala.
go figure it worked ,thank you to who ever was the first 1 to try that

Plug the iPod into the primary computer linked to that iPod, the
first computer you synchronized it with unless you have designated
another computer as the primary computer.
Open iTunes and sync the iPod as normal.
Remove the iPod, following the normal removal procedure. The iPod unlocks automatically as you remove it.
You could try doing a RESTORE from your ITUNES menu. This will restore the factory settings but erase all your music. You can then sync your IPOD from Itunes and retrieve it all.
