Question about PC Desktops

I've installed Second Life 1.19.1.4 on my Asus F3JP laptop, but when I go to run it it tells my my drivers are either out of date or unsupported. I'm running Vista Business (which came with the laptop) and I'd like to update my drivers to the latest available. What do I do?

Hi there guys, Well i bought an asus VX2S laptop a few years back and haven't had any problems with it since until last night. When i power her up she boots up sweet as always, revs sound clear, cpu...

Hello,

I'm currently using an Asus K42F laptop. I had that same problem. If your computer does not show anything on the screen like the Asus logo, then it's probably a hard drive issue like mine. So you really need to use some $$$ for that.

If you see the ASUS logo or something on the screen and it just goes blank when it's going to windows, then you can do this.

Restart the computer and tap F8. You can find an option that says "SAFE MODE". Use your arrow key to highlight it and let it boot to safe mode. When you are inside safe mode, do a system restore so that it can go back to the date when it was still working great. (I'm reffering to the setting date). Let it restart and check.

If it works after doing the troubleshooting, I suggest that you install Radarsync so that you can avoid from getting that same problem or any further issues with your computer (driver related).

Thank you very much for posting.

If you have any questions or if you need further assistance, please drop me a line.

Carlo

where you can "Download: "Sound Drivers."
"Enter the information requested to get the 'correct' Drivers."
e.g: {OS} XP, Vista or Windows 7?

"Download the Drivers.""Install the Drivers".
"Restart the computer!"
You should be "Good to go."

If there's anything else I can help you with?
"Write a 'comment;' I'll get back to you as soon as possible."
?If you are satified? Give a "Helpful Rating" thanks paul7of9

This is my first PC build...I am using a P6T ASUS MB I have installed and completed the BIOS now would I now install the ASUS software CD that came with the MB or my Windows7 OS? Does it matter which is...

Yes, you need to load Windows, load motherboard drivers, load 3rd party software/hardware and drivers, Windows update if it has not already been told to auto update.
If you have a seperate graphics card, download latest drivers, dont use the windows drivers, or the driver disc that came with the card, they will be out of date

I have an asus mother board no. P5GC/MX-1333 But Sound Driver not avalabel,Pl.send Sound Driver.

If it is an ONBOARD SOUND DRIVER (not a sound CARD installed into a PCI slot on MOBO)
go to ASUS website and download CHIPSET drivers (these contain the onboard sound, onboard video, etc.) make sure you get the right one which matches YOUR CHIPSET.
google "EVEREST HOME EDITION, LAST FREE VERSION, 321" and download it. RUN IT>
it will identify your CHIPSET and everything else.
also, ASUS may have on online tool to identify your CHIPSET.

Intel Graphics Media Accelerator Driver

The file is apart of the Intel graphics driver system. If you uninstall and reinstall the Intel MGA driver it may clear up this message.
You can also try to update the driver using the following method:
Click -START - Control Panel - INTEL GMA Driver
On the driver control screen click on - Information -
Select the - Support - tab
Click on the Graphics Driver downloads Link
Select - Graphics - and follow the prompts
You may be asked to download the update utility, do so
Select the Check System button to get latest driver
This method will keep your computer up to date.
