Question about Motorola Mobility L6 Cellular Phone
Have you tried manually setting the network.
band - change it from auto to manual
if that does not help then takle the phone and have the antenna on the main-board service or replace

Take the phone near the cell tower
If it finds the tower it is sure that the antenna is not in touch with the circuit board.
Have a service

Bang it against the wall...it works sometimes but makes it worse at other times

As far as I am aware... The Motorola L6 uses the metal back plate as the aerial. Check the contacts to this plate and on the plate itself.
Hope this helps
