Question about Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-W5 Digital Camera
I have a Minolta Dimage 7 camera. For no apparent reason or cause the image as viewed in the TFT screen and the view finder suddenly does not show anything like the object. The picture is hazy and shakes with some horizontal dark lines appearing in a wavy fashion and then disappear. The image appears more like the histogram depiction in the entire field. All other alphanumeric figures as they need to be displayed are clear and steady and show no flaw. The same happens when the camera is selected in the movie mode. The memory card displays recorded pictures satisfactorily. I went through the troubleshooting part of the manual and went through the manual focussing procedure to get a sharp picture with little luck. Is it a problem with the CCD part of the camera or is it that some settings have gone awfully wrong (kids at home could have done that). Please help me through this crisis. Thanks a lot Camboy screen display is all white in colour...pictures are being clicked and display on tv/pc is satisfactory...
Yes sir it is a problem with the CCD, also your display is damaged due to a drop else due to humid or heating environment.
Therefore u need to get your CCD done with a technician in the authorised service centre.
