Tablets, phones, event Smart TV's counts as "mobile devices". The reason being, that you can't watch the vids, is because the owner makes money from the vids, and have choosen not to make it accesable from a mobile devices, given that they do not provide the same profit as PC views for example. Hence, cheapskates with no other values in life than money.

First, you need to know that your phone's operating system is known as 'Flash UI' which has no DivX/XviD video support. However, to determine if you can view YouTube videos on your phone with YouTube's web based mobile version, visit m.youtube.com in your phone's browser.

If you cannot view YouTube videos there, go to: m.opera.com (on your phone) and download the Opera browser to your phone. You may be able to watch YouTube videos using Opera.

If you are viewing through your browser then you probably will not be able to view youtube videos because most basic phones do not support flash, youtubes video format. If there is a video you want to watch you can try going to m.youtube.com which is the mobile site and may work.

request your service provider for GPRS settings , then they will send you the settings to your mobile, so that you can save it and use the internet in through your mobile. by which you can watch YouTube videos ...

1) If all websites load slowly - check your internet connection speed at speedtest.net - for normal youtube video watching >2Mbps download speed is sufficient. The solution is changing the video quality on the youtube screen to least possible 360p or even 240p to run smoothly on 1Mbps.
2) If only youtube site opens slowly, while other sites open quickly - your internet provider might be cheating in order to save usage of bandwidth (video sites take 50-90% of the total internet bandwidth). Make a complaint to your internet provider, supervising authorities, or even change for another - better internet provider

install first the flash player v. 9 or latest

then go to Tools, Internet Option,security, select a zone to view or change a security setting, make it default level all... internet. local internet and others.. then ok..

the restart your IE..

it dosent go up if you go on the video 100 times just wait a couple days then the views will keep riseing
