the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

I have HP 7700 system, with Vista Operating System. It had issue which resulted to me formating it. Now I cant activate it even online. I keep reinstalling the Vista OS every 30 days. Pls how can I freeze...

Vista sucks anyway, and anything that can run Vista should be able to run Windows 7. This is a blessing in disguise. Buy Windows 7 Home Premium Upgrade and install it.You legally qualify for the upgrade version if your computer came with Vista. You can use instructions here to make the upgrade version work on a clean disk:http://windowssecrets.com/top-story/clean-install-windows-7-from-the-upgrade-disc/

My disc will not instal on my new computer with wionows 7

Marvy,

Please ensure that the software that you install on the computer is 64 bits as Win7 is a 64 bit operating system. You can not run a 32 bit software on it and run it. The softwatre has to have a line saying 64 bit compatible. Then only will it install.

Sorry to burst your bubble but thats how the computing world goes.

I am currently running windows Vista. Is there any updates I need to install?

no probably you r being blocked from running this program . you can only solve this if you use windows xp or windows 7. so mget a copy of windows xp . install it beside vista if you want to keep vista or replace xp with vista and then ionstall the program in it. it will surely take installation.

Is there a version of Bible Library Edition compatible with windows 7

If a program cannot be run under Windows 7 because of compatibility issues, which is the case with Bible Library Deluxe Special Edition 5.1, you have to right click on the executable file that will start the application and click Properties. Select Compatibility tab and check the Windows version you know the program worked with before. You can find more about this Compatibility issue on Microsoft website: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-AU/windows-vista/Make-older-programs-run-in-this-version-of-Windows

Bible Library Deluxe Special Edition Version 5.1 System Requirements
**We can only warrant and support our products when they are run using a computer for which they are designed.
Minimum System Requirements are the *very* minimum specs that your computer needs to run the software. If you try to use the program when your computer does not meet the minimum system requirements, you will experience a wide array of unpredictable results. Operating System: Windows® 95/98/ME/XP
RAM: 16 MB
Hard Drive Space: 3MB Free

This is from their website, sorry but Win 7 is unsupported.

I have upgraded to Vista and can't install Compton's Interactive Bible NIV

Look at the very bottom. It should say BYC8K54. If it dosent say that, its not compatable with Windows Vista.
