Agfa Snapscan 1212P Problem - Any help?

As a start, go to the Agfa Web site, and download and install the latest
version of Scanwise 1.2.0.9
It may help.
Are you running a printer with your scanner off the same parallel port?

If so, this can cause conflicts.

If problem still exists after installing 1.2.0.9 get back to this N/G.

Thanks for your help - I've de-installed the current Scanwise software
and have installed Version 1.2.0.9 and I'm still getting the same
problems.

I am running the scanner from the same parallel port as the printer -
but the scanner is the primary connection, and the printer has been
working fine.

I'd be interested if you can suggest anything else - I've checked the
BIOS and I don't even have the opportunity to select EPP printing on
the parallel port in the BIOS (in fact there's not much I can change at
all!)
