I'm sorry to say that those lines or interference are cause by a hardware failure and no adjustment can correct it.
If your TV is only 6 months old, still cover under manufacturers warranty. Call the manufacturers and ask them how to go about this repair and hopefully they will send you to an authorized service centre.
